Just received this email confirming the next steps to participate in the Reddit IPO directed share program. 

You are invited to participate in the Reddit, Inc. (the "Company") Directed Share Program (the "Program").

As you may be aware, the Company recently filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and plans to offer shares in an Initial Public Offering ("IPO"). Through the Program, you may be allowed to purchase shares at the IPO price through an E*TRADE brokerage account.
 
Interested? Here’s what to do next:

  • Click the button below and complete the application process by March 18, 2024, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time , including opening and funding an E*TRADE brokerage account.

  • Note that completing the application only indicates your interest to participate in the Program.

  • Once the IPO price is set, confirm the number of shares you wish to purchase by March 21, 2024, 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If you do not confirm by the deadline, no shares will be allocated to you.

Reddit is set to price its initial public offering (IPO) on March 20.

Pricing range is expected to be between $31 and $34.

The following day after pricing it will start trading and be available to the public.

I received the DSP invitation and have signed up for the directed share program.  Because of this I should get notification if the offering date gets moved back or the pricing range gets raised, which does happen quite often with IPO's.
