Kansas City, MO -- SWAT teams with assault rifles surrounded the bewildered owner of a Missouri landscape company.
When police in Waldo surrounded the owner of a Lee's Summit landscape company, it was a BIG case of mistaken identity.
Police mixed up Mr. Jesse Phillips with an escaped prisoner from Arkansas. KC police received reports of a pickup truck matching the truck Derrick Estell was recently seen in driving erraticly.
"We were standing there talking and they came on in from both sides, with their weapons at the ready," Phillips said.
Phillips was at a job site near Gregory and Holmes when the SWAT team went into action.
Thankfully, police quickly realized they had the wrong man!
